Upon Shadows - Dark Metal Montevideo, Uruguay (South America) . Upon Shadows is a collaborative project Tamara friends with the following musicians: Marcelo Aguilar on guitar and vocals on the demo 2003 (ex Thy Dominion / Requiem Aeternam). Natalia Arocena on bass (ex Sigma Sentinel / Alsirat / Asgard). Tamara started playing the keyboard 14 years ago in Eclampsy, one of the greatest death metal bands in his country, where he played for seven years and started with the project Upon Shadows mid-2002, trying to find a new way for his music. The style of music arguably Upon Shadows in the Dark is metal, full of atmospheric keyboards and parts. A few months of being formed as a trio Upon Shadows and began recording what would become their first demo, which was mixed and mastered by themselves thus achieving a very personal demo. In which we find 14 tracks (approx. 45 min.), Which is characterized by a wide range of synth effects, responsible for granting the softer melodies and melancholy to the heavy guitars, bass and vocals. Setting as well as his lyrics have a conceptual theme. This is a demo that speaks of magic, myths and legends. In 2009 Upon Shadows is back after a long period of transition, with new material and some changes. This time the voices are by Tamara.
